General Shipping Information:

- Courier Agencies: To ensure your order reaches you quickly and in good condition, we only utilize reputable courier services.
Inspecting Deliveries:
Upon delivery, if you notice the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to take delivery of the package. We are committed to replacing your order as swiftly as possible.
Shipping Partners
We use Bluedart and Delhivery to ship our products to your destination as available during checkout and chosen by you.
We can also ship through EMS Speed Post on special request to remote locations, if you think that our shipping partners do not have coverage or served you improperly. HOWEVER, WE CAN’T GUARANTEE TO COMPLY WITH YOUR REQUEST. This is due to the reason each shipment's content is being verified by the post office before accepting. If they feel that the item may be damaged, then they will not accept the shipment.
Shipping Time & Costs
- Shipping Charges: We charge a flat ₹50 standard shipping fee. We offer Free Shipping on all orders over ₹999.
- We make our best efforts to ship your order within the same day of the order. 99% of our orders are shipped within 24 Hours.
- We ship on weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed on SUNDAY will be shipped only on MONDAY.
- Customers can expect their orders to arrive between 3 PM - 10 PM on the day of delivery.
- Shipments through BlueDart, if created before 02:00 PM will be picked up by them on the same day. Otherwise, the shipment will be picked up only on the next day.
- We guarantee a delivery time of 2-5 days to anywhere in India. However, exact delivery times depend on shipping partners and transit locations.
- Please plan your order allowing sufficient time for the delivery instead of last minute orders.
