Refund & Replacement Policy

General Return Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of electronic components (static damage, incorrect wiring, etc.), we do not accept standard returns or offer refunds for items that have been opened or used.

We strictly operate on a replacement-only policy for defective or damaged goods.

Damaged in Transit

• Must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
• Please provide clear photos of the damaged shipping box and the damaged product.
• Do not discard packaging materials until the issue is resolved.

Defective Components

If a component arrives dead on arrival (DOA) or is defective right out of the box, you must report it within 5 days.

Our technical team may request a short video demonstrating the issue to verify the defect before approving a replacement. Note that components damaged due to incorrect voltage, short circuits, or improper handling are not eligible for replacement.

Replacement Process

1. Contact support with your order number and issue details at support@binarybotz.com.
2. Once approved, we will either arrange a reverse pickup or ask you to ship it back to us (shipping costs will be reimbursed).
3. Upon receiving and verifying the defective item, a replacement will be shipped immediately.

Refund Exceptions

• Refunds are only issued if we are unable to fulfill an order and it is out of stock.
• If an order is cancelled before it is dispatched, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
